Una canción que hacía muchísimo que no oía. De Cut the Crap, un disco [controvertido] de The Clash. Su single número 19, y último.

Ahora empieza a oirse hablar de This is England, una película de la que tengo buenas referencias, aunque no la he visto todavía. Según la ficha de IMDB la canción de los Clash no está en la banda sonora, pero sólamente con leer sobre la película tuve de pronto la melodía triste y machacona golpeandome en la cabeza.

Es un himno desteñido al que la voz tan especial de Strummer le da toda su personalidad. El vídeo que he encontrado en youtube es interesante: filmado con la cámara de un móvil, sus tonos grises encajan bien con la canción, la última que Strummer consideró propia.
